If you notify us that you wish to cancel the order in writing within 7 working days and subsequently return your item to us we will issue a full refund of the purchase price. Delivery charges are none refundable where delivery is chargeable at the time of order including specialist delivery and surcharges. This item is sent out on a next working day delivery service. this means that if you place your order before 12am Monday to Thursday then it will be delivered by 5pm the following day. If your order is placed after 12am on a Thursday it will be delivered on the following Monday, and if your order is placed after 12am on a Friday it will be delivered on the following Tuesday as we do not count weekends as working days. we also do not deliver on bank holidays or public holidays. Delivery is free to mainland England, Wales and Southern Scotland.
