It is Epic Records U.S. catalog number 5-10251 / 5-10253, styrene pressing, packaged in its original Epic Recors stock company sleeve.
Condition of play surface is a SOLID NM with no visible surface marks. I have graded the record as in overall EX because the B-side label has a little writing in thin black marker, labels have no other real flaws. Condition of stock company sleeve is VG+ with some slight wrinkles and a little wear along the edges and on the corners, no splits, tears, stickers, or writing.
