| All package are sent tracked and posted in discreet, Opaque Mail Lite high quality packaging and all listing are kept private and confidential. We must have full co-operation from the buyer in pursuing Royal Mail for missing item claims. In normal circumstances we aim to ship within two working days but please allow up to ten working days after dispatch as Royal Mail do not allow us to raise a missing query until this time frame has passed.
