• Delivery time using DHL Standard (for deliveries within the European Union) is 2-6 working-days from dispatch of the goods. Delivery times for countries outside the European Union can be found on DHL’s world-wide delivery times list.

Warranty:

• For consumers according to § 13 BGB German Law: Warranty period of two years for delivered new goods. For used goods 12 months after delivery.

• For commercial customer according to § 14 BGB German Law: Warranty period of one year for delivered new product. For used goods the warranty is 1 month.
