Sony AC-550 Power Adaptor. 110-240VAC input (select range), 13.5VDC @ 7A output.
I modified the output, it has an inline XLR-style connector. This is a great supply for bench testing vehicle electronics. I have had no use for the camera and mic connections, so those are untested.
Condition: Modified as shown. DC output has worked reliably for my needs, but sold as shown.
