Fleischmann HO Gleisanlagen Track Layouts 1956 First Ed. English Text. Paperback Book with spiral binding

Condition

Condition is "Acceptable". There is wear and creasing to cover particularly on spine, edges and corners. Interior pages are clean and untorn but some pages may have dog ears. There is some tanning on pages and there is foxing on the fore-edge. 

The first page has come loose from spiral binding, it is completely unattached. Some of the other pages have become partially detached from spiral but remain mostly attached. There are small indents and tears in interior pages, see close up photos. The back cover has a tear near the edge. There is heavy tanning on interior pages.
