We created this custom-designed Hawaiian Fish Hook out of solid 14k Yellow Gold. The design is etched on both sides, so the wearer can have it facing the direction of their preference.
In Hawaiian, the fish hook is called Makau. It is used not only to symbolize safe passage over water but also across the islands to bring strength, prosperity, and good luck.
Weighing in at a little over 22 grams, this gorgeous wearable art measures approximately 2 3/4" long and 1" wide.
