These hybrid guitars have successfully defied conventional wisdom to become the next generation of instruments for daring, creative players who are discovering new possibilities for expression.

In 2021, Fender will accelerate the evolution of the Fender acoustic guitar and take music to new heights with the release of the American Acoutasonic Jazzmaster.

The new American Acoutasonic Jazzmaster features an offset body, newly developed Acoustasonic Shawbucker pickups, and new voicings. With a larger body than its Stratocaster and Telecaster predecessors, the Jazzmaster model features the warmest tone of the Acoustasonic series products, and four new, specially voiced sounds that set it apart from the rest. The Jazzmaster model features the warmest tone of all the Acoustasonic Series products.

Add in the new electric voicings from Tim Shaw-designed humbucking pickups, and you have a completely new instrument that sounds like no guitar ever has before.

Neither acoustic nor electric, the Acoustasonic Jazzmaster is the most versatile guitar Fender has ever made, an all-in-one tool that invites inspiration from the studio to the stage.

Stringed Instrument Resonance System

The Stringed Instrument Resonance System (SIRS) uses a "waterfall"-inspired design to control the airflow within the body, resulting in powerful, natural voicings and lively overtones.

Acoustic Engine

The Acoustic Engine, jointly developed by Fender and Fishman, incorporates a new technology that has both acoustic and electric sounds. 5 modes can be selected with the 5-way selector, and each mode offers two different sounds The Mod knob allows you to blend these two different sounds together.

Acoustic Body

The traditional Jazzmaster shape has a larger body size than the traditional Acoustasonic series and offers the warmest tone, providing a natural and rich resonance.

Pickups

The Acoustasonic Jazzmasterr is equipped with three types of pickups: undersaddle piezo, body-sensor, and humbucking pickups. Each pickup can be switched with a 5-way switch for unlimited sound creation.
