Vintage 1960s Selmer Treble N Bass 50 MKII Valve Amplifier *Ex. Robbie McIntosh*

This is a truly incredible opportunity to own a piece of rock n' roll history. Through a good friend of mine, I was able to purchase this very amplifier off of Robbie McIntosh (ex. The Pretenders, Paul McCartney, Tom Jones, John Mayer, the list can go on...). He's owned it for many years and it's featured on many of his projects over the decades. The amplifier itself is a 1966 MKIII Treble N Bass, placed inside a slightly later MKII Treble N Bass Reverb box. Robbie had this many years and found a near perfect tone using this very amplifier. This one has been slightly modified, including a replacement mains transformer, and the rectifier valve removed with the old transformer. The amplifier has been recapped in the past, as you can see, otherwise pretty original. It's definitely not museum quality, but Robbie needed it to sound good - and boy does it! This amplifier has been serviced to a playable & safe standard, by one of our leading amp techs.
