    Q. My clip-on pipe only reads 75°C but my boiler says 96°C, is it broken?
    A. This product measures the temperature of the pipe, not the water in the pipe. By the time the water has flown through the pipe, the pipe may not be as hot as the water. Also, this product has an accuracy of +/-10°C.

    Q. Does this product have C and F?
    A. No, only C.

    Q. My clip-on pipe is only reading 45°C?
    A. Make sure that the brass part of the clip-on pipe on the back securely touches the pipe.

    Q. My clip-on pipe isn't reading correctly?
    A. Make sure that the clip-on pipe is securely fastened with the spring.
