With its high yield, you can expect many fine, medium-length, smooth-skinned, high-quality parsnips with a delicate flavour. It is an English heirloom and takes approximately 120 days to grow. 

Sow in late winter, spring & summer at 5mm deep, 10cm apart. Germination occurs in 14-21 days at 12-24°C. Hardy Biennial. Matures in 120 days.
