This was signed as a send-in item to Steiner Sports back in February 2016. The number on the hologram will pull up an invalid item for the following reason…

Per Steiner Sports: “Please be advised that Fanatics purchased the inventory and some assets from Steiner Sports in June 2019. The Steiner Sports Online Database was created in 2016 and went online in 2018, and only items issued post-creation are included in it; these items will come with a hologram that starts with 'SS' and has a series of numbers; these can be authenticated online. Prior to 2016, all authentic items were issued with a Steiner hologram (without the 'SS') and a paper COA/LOA; the COA/LOA is the authentication for these items and they are NOT included in the database, nor are we able to add them. This typically includes Game-Used items. Please note any orders prior to June 2019 are legacy orders that we do not have access to, and we are unfortunately unable to replace a lost Steiner COA/LOA.”

Steiner recommends PSA or JSA for recertification if needed.
