The HTS (Holistic Tonal Solution) circuit that operates at an internal voltage of ±15Vdc, control of MIDI devices, and other basic specs have been retained in a smaller size. This is a standard SILVER COLOR MODEL!

This time, it is now available with the latest software version 2.0, responding to further feedback from the field! The additional functions are newly silk-screened on the housing.

The following functions have been added in software version 2.0.

The BANK number can now be switched by footswitch. BANK UP and DOWN can be set with the footswitch on the main unit.

The MUTE switch can be assigned various functions by internal settings.

As a free assignable switch, various functions can be assigned, such as ON/OFF of a specific LOOP.

The CSW (control switch) can now be set to one of four types: LATCH, MOMENTARY1 (MOM1), ON SEND, or MOMENTARY2 (MOM2).

The ARC-53M's MIDI transmission channel setting items have been increased. (This is used to transmit CC numbers assigned to ARC-53M functions.)

The number of MIDI data types that can be set with the CSW (control switch) has been increased to four.

Sound Quality

Free The Tone has put the know-how we have accumulated in custom manufacturing for many professional musicians into the ARC-53M, and has incorporated the HTS circuit to maximize the individuality of the guitar, bass, effects pedals, and amplifiers. The ARC-53M manages the input side, output side, send and return to effectors, and the entire signal line.

Operability

The custom-made footswitches are quiet and quick-response, and can be used for quick operation.

The distance between footswitches is 70mm, and by changing the angle of the first and second footswitches, the footswitches are positioned for easy operation despite the small size of the enclosure.

A dedicated panel for presets and settings is provided. The hierarchy of the edit menu has been minimized as much as possible, dramatically improving operability. No need to spend a lot of time for editing.

The preset and bank edit functions (copy, delete) are provided.

By switching the DISPLAY mode, the program change number for each MIDI channel currently being transmitted can be checked at a glance.

Reliability

The LEDs above the footswitch are lensed and the display is covered with a felt sheet on the back to prevent moisture such as perspiration from directly penetrating the internal circuit board of the device.

A strong plastic mold type phone jack is used. It is safe for long-term use.

Other features

The universal AC adapter can be used for AC100V to 240V.

The control buttons are equipped with a LOCK function to prevent accidental operation of the control panel during performance.
