This appears to be a collection of articles written by different people regarding electronics engineering for the period. There is no publication date in the book; however, inside the front cover is a signature Alfred H. Kettler, "RCA" and "1941".....research of the book find the date 1941 also stated.  The signature is Alfred Henry Kettler, Inventor---he invented the "Sound translating device arranged to eliminate extraneous sound", and the "pressure grade responsive microphone" patented in the 50s.  It appears he worked for RCA out of New Jersey.  He died in 1994 in Grand Junction, Colorado which would explain the book being found in Montrose, Colorado.
