Most of the diary has been removed from the binding, leaving Jan 1- May 21st only. Still, great little full leather pocket flap binding of this era.

Attractive antiquarian soft leather binding diary binding, gilt title lettering, marbled edges.

Book is physically old and shows some signs of handling and time. 

Binding gently age worn but still appealing, leather and joints slightly rubbed but still supple, remains overall very attractive as an object.

Text block paper is gently age toned as typical, some May diary pages loose/ detached. A book which has been taken care of but may/ does not look like new.

Still attractive on the shelf. Book displays a pleasing and unique age patina and is in rather nice antiquarian condition, any age flaws seem easy to overlook or forgive.
