vintage 2-gang Porcelain hand decorated Rocker or Decorator Switch Plate Cover
made in the USA by Liette International of New Bern, North Carolina, a small
family-owned and operated tile manufacturer and distributor that operated in
the mid 20th Century. The
hand painted, high-quality light switch cover is new old stock, circa
1960-70’s, and is style #2058. It may
also be used for Ground Fault Circuit Interrupter (GFCIs) outlets. This 7/16” thick decorative ceramic decorator
or rocker switch cover measures approximately 5” by 5” and comes in the
original sealed plastic bag. The bag
will show signs of wear and may be split, stained, and have tears. Slight variations in the finish of each porcelain wall plate can
be expected as these were hand finished.
These well-crafted mid-century modern switch plates come with the
original set of brass-colored screws as well as an additional set of white
screws. Some of the white ceramic wall
covers may have slight scratches and marks from the loose screws in the package
which are often easily removed with Dawn PowerWash. Two (2) of this style and configuration are
