1. 4000GAL swimming pool, our machine power is not enough, it is difficult to meet, it is recommended to use 2100-2700GAL swimming pool, if used, need 2 machines
2. Defrost problem
1) Reasons for frosting:
Frosting is generally due to low ambient temperature and high air humidity; 1) If the machine is installed close to the corner, there is no space for suction and heat exchange, and frost will form immediately, which is the same as when we install the air conditioner to support the external unit, and there must be a distance from the wall Clearance 2) The place where the machine is placed must be flat and firm, and the four rubber feet cannot be sunk into the ground, causing the condensed water to be unable to be discharged; in extreme cases: if the air humidity is higher than 80%, it is also out of range and will frost No frost.
2) Install:
Check if there is ventilation in the installation environment, there must be enough clearance around the machine for ventilation; connect the power supply, the voltage should be 110V, and see if the fan will turn; if the fan will turn, turn it on for 45 minutes continuously; the ambient temperature is not higher than 20 degrees , it will automatically frost
3) Unable to defrost is
1) You have to turn on the machine and check the fault code to see if the machine is operating normally, and the frosting should be automatically removed after the conditions are met;
2)) Check if there is ventilation in the installation environment. There must be enough clearance around the machine for ventilation; connect the power supply and see if the fan will rotate; if the fan will rotate, start it for 45 minutes continuously; automatic cream
3. No change in temperature
1) It needs to be covered with a pool cover (pool cover) to keep warm
2) The power of the circulating water pump should not be higher than 600GAL/hour, 530GAL/hour is recommended, and 400GAL/hour is the best
3) The capacity of the pool is 2700GAL, preferably within 2100GAL
4) The larger the pool capacity, the lower the temperature, the lower the humidity, and the worse the heating effect
5) When encountering this situation, it is generally necessary to know the capacity of the customer's swimming pool, outdoor temperature, humidity, and the state where the customer is located.
6) The power supply voltage should be between 110-120V
4. Other issues
(1) E08 code
The filter water pump does not circulate with the water in the pool, and the water temperature probe only detects the water temperature in the titanium heat exchanger, and the water is low and quickly protected against high temperature;
Treatment: first disconnect the machine from the power supply - connect the filter water pump, confirm that the filter water pump and the pool are running with water - connect the machine to 110V power supply, start the machine
5 Troubleshooting
2.1 Check the power supply, whether it is connected to 110V or 220V power supply according to the requirements of the machine;
2.2 The power and flow of the circulating water pump should be used in accordance with the requirements of the machine nameplate and instructions;
2.3 There must be enough places around the place where the machine is installed to dissipate heat, and it cannot be blocked. If the machine is not heated, first check the fault code or panel display on the control panel;
2.4 If the machine is found to be frosted, check the air humidity and ambient temperature. The defrosting condition of the machine is that the machine should be powered on continuously for 45 minutes, the ambient temperature is within 20 degrees, and the air humidity is within 70%.
