GT-1000CORE is a guitar/bass effect processor with the highest sound quality and flexibility. The ultra-high-performance DSP used in the flagship model GT-1000 delivers high-quality sound quality. The state-of-the-art AIRD technology delivers the sound and feel of an authentic tube amp. The onboard preamps/effects total more than 140 types, and 24 effect blocks, including two preamps, can be used simultaneously. Despite its compact size, the GT-1000 offers the same level of sound creation as the GT-1000, and can be used in a wide variety of situations, from rehearsals to live performances. 11 new MASTERING FX types that demonstrate the potential of line outputs have been added to the FX block types.

Five new BOSS/Roland popular delay types have been added to the master delay block: WARM and GLITCH, which are popular on the DD-8; the SDE-3000, a vintage digital delay block; and STANDARD and ANALOG, which have the unique warmth of the DD-20. STANDARD and ANALOG, which have the unique warmth of the DD-20, will be added to the DD-8.

Ten new speaker types based on IR data have been added to the speaker simulator for a more realistic sound.

Stereo-compatible inputs and outputs allow you to connect effects to the front and rear as desired. Two SEND/RETURN jacks allow for flexible integration with external devices, such as adding external effects, connecting to an amplifier using the 4-cable method, or direct output to a PA/recorder. In addition, the CTL terminal on the side panel supports not only input but also output. It can also be connected to an amplifier to switch channels, not to mention real-time control by adding a footswitch or connecting an expression pedal. Furthermore, by utilizing the MIDI IN/OUT TRS jacks, you can also link to an external MIDI device. In addition to MEMORY mode, which instantly recalls the patches you have created, you can also select MANUAL mode for direct control of any effect. High-Definition Amplifiers and Effects

The GT-1000CORE's preamplifier uses AIRD technology for expressive sound. It is equipped with a wide variety of BOSS original amp types for all styles, from vintage to modern high-gain types. A wide variety of effects are on standby, ranging from classic pedals and classic BOSS models to MDP effects and the BOSS 500 series designed with advanced algorithms. The effect chain allows for intuitive sound creation by making full use of multiple dividers and mixers to freely control series/parallel connections. The STOMPBOX function allows you to save your favorite settings for each effect, and since the STOMPBOX data is the same for all patches, you can edit the parameters of all patches using the same STOMPBOX at once.

The core of the sound, the AIRD Preamp, features three carefully selected amp types that can be combined with eight different bass overdrive/distortion types for a wide variety of sound makeup. The AIRD Preamp also features an MDP compressor that responds to the bassist's playing and produces natural compression, as well as chorus, flanger, touch wah, and many other effects specifically tuned for bass. Furthermore, the SEND/RETURN jacks can be used as SUB OUTs to output to an amplifier and PA/recorder separately, making it possible to handle a wide variety of situations.
