Rarely seen on the used market and never in this condition. Exceptional Talon Hawk monitors with Accuton ceramic bass/mids and ceramic tweeters. These were upgraded by Talon in 2021 with their latest crossover design and tuned in their personal listening room before being returned to me.

Piano black finish is near flawless, 8/10, maybe 9/10. (Only exception is the silkscreened crossover plate on the back of one speaker has a scratch.)

If you are a fan of beautiful, articulate midrange, these Talons will marvel you with their presentation of tone. As they are monitors, they can be played as a pair or combined with a subwoofer.

Fast shipping and carefully packed. I also buy Talon speakers if you have a pair for sale!!!!

From the manufacturer's marketing sheet: The Talon Hawk is our reference grade. Every detail of speaker design and manufacturing is meticulously examined. The finest drivers from Accuton used. From our proprietary acoustical suspension to solderless point to point wiring, nothing is left to chance. What is so amazing about the Hawk is its convincing bass out of such a small cabinet. As with all our reference grade loudspeakers, the accuton ceramic tweeter can be upgraded to the diamond version. Standard finish is Piano Black.

More on the exceptional Accuton bass/mid driver: The C180-6-191 is a 7' inch bass-midrange for small bookshelf monitors or slim floor standers. The medium sized voice coil with 38mm titanium voice coil former provides high midrange resolution. The long excursion is for high SPL capabilities. Consider this as a successor to C173-6-095, but with higher excursion and smaller box size. This driver might be interchangeable with the C180-6-095 using the same crossover.
