White cassette with printed generic "Audio Arts" labels that are rubber-stamped with the release info.
This version was released 1983 as per copyrights on the labels.

A1 written in April 1970; recorded 3 October 1976 in London.                                     
                A2 written in 1972 for the PTO; performed on October 1, 1972, at The Orangery, Holland Park.
                                       A3 written in December 1974; from the first performance at the Palais des Beaux Arts, Brussels, on February 1, 1975.
      A4 composed in April - May 1975; recorded live at the Lucy Milton Gallery, 15 May 1975.
B1 written in 1974; recorded 1 February 1975 at the Palais des Beaux Arts, Brussels.
B2 written in 1971; recorded 10 June 1976 at Whitechapel Gallery, London.               
                               B3 written on 24 October 1973, and is the firth of a set of pieces written that year; recorded in Fylkingen, Stockholm 21 April 1976.
B4 recorded on 3 March 1974.                                                                                      
                                    B5 written in 1976; recorded at the first performance given in the foyer of the National Theatre on 14th June 1976.
