The sound remains faithful to the original and clear even after repeated recording. The unit also supports up to 13 hours of stereo recording, allowing you to capture your performance in its entirety.

Superior Visibility and Simple Operation

The RC-5 is a compact looper pedal with an advanced interface: the LCD indicates record/playback/overdub/stop status with backlight colors so you can check status at a glance. The multifunctional parameter knobs allow you to quickly and easily manipulate rhythms, kits, and system settings while viewing the LCD.

Advanced Expandability

The pedal switch can be used by itself for various operations such as record, playback, overdub, stop, undo, and redo. By adding an external footswitch, up to two additional functions can be controlled. It also supports continuous parameter control when an expression pedal is connected. Furthermore, the space-saving TRS MIDI input/output enables linkage with MIDI-compatible external devices, making it suitable for various situations, such as tempo synchronization with a drum machine.

Richly varied rhythms and grooves

The RC-5 can be freely combined with 57 preset rhythms and 7 drum kits to create a richly varied rhythm sound setup. The built-in reverse function can also be used to add unique arrangements to loop performances.

From production to practice to performance

The RC-5 features 99 phrase memories, allowing you to save your ideas on the fly. The phrase memories can also store selected rhythm and drum kit settings, which can be instantly recalled as favorite settings, eliminating the need to re-set them each time you perform. Saved loop phrases can be backed up via USB. The RC-5 can be used not only for real-time loop performances, but also for a wide variety of other applications, such as background music playback during practice and live performances, jam sessions, and more.
