Not tested but was part of a camera bundle and I never used the printer.  Very clean inside as one would expect for a printer that I never used.  Comes with everything pictured--software CD, AC adapter, USB cable, small packet of 4x6 photo paper, and papers.  Given low price sold as-is with no returns.
