Francis Barker oversized educational prismatic compass. This looks new and unused. The green compass card is undamped, so it takes a couple of minutes before the oscillation settles down. This is well-made teaching instrument from approximate 50 years ago. The card is calibrated in degrees not MILS. The view through the prism is clear, but good light conditions are needed to read the scale.
