Here we have a truly stunning, exceptional quality, HUGE antique brass door handle in the form of a medieval arrow! This is absolutely beautiful and was purchased whilst away in Malta recently, a place with plenty of historic buildings. Surprisingly there are no foundry marks on this so I do not know who made it. The photos don't do this justice whatsoever. This is the perfect finishing touch for a grand entrance door, and would probably have been removed from some mansion or castle. This is one of the nicest examples you will ever see in my opinion and really quite unique. I would estimate this to date to somewhere around 1900. It measures approximately 24.25 inches (over 2ft!) by 4 inches by 6.25 inches weighing slightly under 1.5kgs. This is the only one on eBay of course so get it or regret it. If you have any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Please see my other items where I have a good selection of decorative antiques amongst many other interesting items.

Please add me to your favourites list and take a look at my other items as I have hundreds that will be listed daily in the up and coming weeks.

Please Note;

I use new & recycled materials to ensure that your item arrives to you safely. I pack all of my items the best I can which you will see from my feedback. However, as with fragile items there is always a risk, items such as Antiques/Collectables, glass, ceramics, paintings etc are not insured for damage by any of the postal services, with the exception of The Royal Mail. This is why I offer a choice of postage options, so you can choose your preferred postage method. Collection in person is also available on all of my items. In the unfortunate, and unlikely event that something does get damaged or goes missing with the Royal Mail then I will do my very best to assist you in making a claim. I always obtain proof of postage for all of my sent items. Sadly I cannot be held responsible for the postal services poor handling of parcels. Here are a few links regarding Royal Mails compensation policies and how to make a claim if necessary.
