There are no chips or cracks in the pitcher or it's handle.  There are some minor (aka faint) scratches on the glass; however, you really have to hold the pitcher up to the light at an angle to see the one or two lines that are on this lovely piece.  The item is beautifully done.  It is mouth blown and there's a very visible postil mark on the bottom validating that this is not a pressed piece.  It's beautiful in it's simplicity and elegance and will make a lovely water pitcher or vase.
