Set of two 4"x4" 1/8" thick (3mm) R19063 Grade 1 SH404-01 self-closing hinges, door closer body 57YM, 5/8" radius rounded corners.  No screws or adjustment pins are included. For adjustment instructions, search on youtube for "how to adjust tension on hinges vancouver carpenter" and the video will show you how to easily make adjustment pins and adjust the spring tension on the hinges.
