WW2 May 1945 Typed Letter (2 Pages) & Envelope From Female Soldier To Female Friend ~ WW2

This item includes two (2) pieces:

°  May 28, 1945 Posted/ Used Envelope

The two-paged letter will be mailed folded, utilizing the existing heavy fold lines, and placed in the envelope as seen in the last picture.

The letter contains:  Congratulations to friend on her "rumored" marriage to a Texan rancher, updates on mutual military friends, long & busy workdays and some gossip (a friend's divorce).

The two-paged LETTER has moderate edge wear.  Corners have moderate rounding, crushing and creasing.  Overall creases are moderate with heavy fold lines. Soiling/darkening is mostly minor and heavier along the borders and along the heavy fold lines. Some surface imperfections.

The ENVELOPE has heavy to severe wear. The right-side border, where the envelope was opened, has severe paper loss, tears, denting, crushing and creasing. Overall creases are moderate to heavy. Darkening/soiling is moderate to heavy. Some surface imperfections
