This port is the 4 leg USB mini, 5 pin, right angle, through hole, mounted version. See my listings for the 2 leg and USB micro version for other Blue Yeti microphones.

port requires skilled installation and proficiency in soldering. I
offer a repair service available in my listings if you do not want to
attempt self installation.
