Vintage 1977 Road map of Britain by John Bartholomew & Son in good condition though the front cover and edges of the pages are stained and there is a little damage to the bottom centre. A potential 45th birthday gift this road map shows Britain as it was before the M25 and other motorways were built . Some sections are printed upside down to allow the reader to plan their journey according to if they are travelling to or away from a particular town or city. The atlas features a list of all the Heron brand service stations which existed at the time with some branches specialising in agricultural equipment and cars. { Heron Motor Group Ltd was dissolved around 2016}
