Ne-Yo - In My Own Words RARE promo notepad and pencil

Pages have "In My Own Words" lightly printed on each page. Not sure of page count, however never used.

Note Pad in VG+ condition, there is a small bend in lower right corner, as well as a few of the beginning pages.

Pencil yellow and imprinted in black on yellow surface of pencil. Everything is in near mint condition. Pencil is not sharpened with top eraser, never used
