Elgin 16s Pocket Watch 15j Open Face Silver Tone Model 7 Not Running. The stem doesn’t turn to wind the watch. The dial shows significant wear. It is missing the crystal and the bezel isn’t twisting off. No other testing has been done. Please see photos for condition. Thank you!
