There are no cracks, chips, dings, or marks on the house - this miniature is in excellent, vintage shape (please see pictures for an accurate account of condition - vintage items have some small wear due to being items of age). There is one small tear on the paper certificate on the back, and some tiny wear on the back of the miniature. The front looks amazing. The miniature is approximately 6.5" wide x 4.5" deep x 5" tall. It would look great in any home!
