PROCESSING
Please allow up to 24 business hours for your order to be processed upon the completion of your payment. Once your order has been processed you will automatically receive your tracking number via your my eBay. If you have not received your tracking number it means that your order has not yet been processed.
PAYMENT
You must make your payment within four days upon the auction completion. If you fail to do this an unpaid item case will be opened up against you. Please communicate with us if there are any issues making your payment. We accept pay pal and credit card payments. International customers are responsible for any taxes, fees or import charges associated with your order.
SHIPPING
Bat Galaxy ships using FedEx and USPS. Most orders will ship USPS Priority or First Class mail. Bat Galaxy offers international shipping worldwide through USPS International and eBay's Global Shipping Program. Bat Galaxy also offers expedited one and two-day shipping are available at checkout.
PAY PAL USERS ONLY, Bat Galaxy is only authorized by PayPal to ship the item to the shipping address listed on your eBay order. Please verify that your shipping information is up to date before you submit your payment.
RETURN POLICY
You have 60 days from the original purchase of your item to process a return. Returns are only accepted if the item is still in its original wrapper and has not been used. If you send back an item that is used or has been removed from its original wrapper your return request will be denied and the item will be shipped back to you. Buyers are responsible for all return shipping fees.
WARRANTY
DO NOT RETURN YOUR BAT TO YOUR SPORTING GOODS DEALER. Fill out the online bat warranty form to receive a warranty claim number and return address or call the DeMarini Bat Care Center.
To complete your warranty claim you must send your bat to the DeMarini Bat Care Center along with a valid proof of purchase. If DeMarini determines that your bat is covered by the warranty, then DeMarini will at its sole option and in its sole discretion (1) repair your bat, or (2) replace your bat with the same model bat, or (3) replace your bat with a comparable bat should your bat be discontinued or otherwise unavailable, or (4) provide you with a voucher to be used toward the purchase of other DeMarini products. If DeMarini determines that your bat is not covered by this limited warranty, then we will return your bat to you. Note - A replacement bat does not start a new one-year Warranty Period.
