If the item is faulty or broken in the transport , we will send a replacement or refund for you .According our policy ,you have to show the evidence of the question item. We will cover the return shipping fee.

The item must be in its original packaging for change of mind purchases, otherwise a 20% restocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases. All items are dispatched from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia.

Under normal conditions, delivery will take between 3 and 8 working days after dispatch, depending on your location. Remote areas will required longer delivery time. If you are given a tracking number, please use it to track the delivery status of your order.

We regret that our warehouse is not accessible to the public. As such, we do not offer a pick-up option.
