RETURNS
   
Let us know about the return by eBay message in 7 days. Then show us the photos of the items and the boxes to make sure they are still brand new without damage. We will tell you how to return the items after checking the photos.  And then another 14 days to get the item back to us via trackable, recorded, insured delivery. Any unwanted items must be returned to us at the customer's expense and via a trackable, insured courier. When we get the returning items undamaged,  we will then refund you the original cost of the item including the original delivery cost. All refunds are processed within 30 days. Please note that all refunds are debited from our account immediately but can still take up to 5 working days to show up in your account due to Paypal clearing processes.       
SHIPPING
   
We ship items within 1 business day of payment and happily offer free shipping within Australia. And the tracking number will be available in the following day. The delivery date will be 1 to 14 working days depends on your address. If you want us to post the items to other countries, please let us know your address, especially your postcode by eBay message. We will tell you the postage. By the way, you can pick up the items directly at the warehouse one day after you pay the order. We will send message to tell you how to pick up.
