This is an Antique Bronze & Gold coloured cased pendant cable chain necklace made from an Irish HALFPENNY coin.
They feature the Irish Harp and were issued from 1928 to 1967. Withdrawn in 1969.
All my coins have been in circulation so may show some minor imperfections but they are in very good condition with fine detail.
They are highly polished to a mirror finish and then lacquered to prevent tarnishing.
The cable chain is Gold plated with a Lobster claw clasp. Length is 450 mm (18") which can extend to 500 mm (20").
The Antique Bronze coloured case has an engraved spiral detail on the rear and a diameter of 27mm, height 35 mm.
