How to install Kaspersky Total Security manually

  1. Download the Kaspersky Total Security installation package from the Kaspersky website, or via the link in the email you received from the online store.
  2. Run the installer.
  3. Wait until the searching for a newer version of the application has been completed, or click Skip.

  1. Read the End User License Agreement and click Continue if you agree to the terms.

  1. Read the Kaspersky Security Network Statement carefully. Select the checkbox if you agree to the terms.
    If you don’t want to participate in the Kaspersky Security Network, clear the checkbox.
  2. Together with Kaspersky Total Security, Kaspersky Secure Connection will be installed to ensure protected connection to the Internet. Click Install.

  1. Wait for the installation to complete. Make sure the recommended settings are enabled and click Apply.

  • 1500 MB of free disk space.
  • A processor that supports the SSE2 instruction set.
  • Internet connection (for installation and activation, participation in the Kaspersky Security Network, as well as database and program module updates).
  • Microsoft Internet Explorer 8.0 or later 
    • We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0 or later for accessing My Kaspersky.
    • The Anti-Banner component works with restrictions. We recommend using Microsoft Internet Explorer 9.0 or later.

  • Webcam access protection is only provided for compatible webcam models.
  • On 32-bit operating systems it’s not possible to use a hypervisor for protection.

Notes: If you ship goods by Express, such as DHL, TNT, etc., they are door to door service. If your order items' total weight is less than 45 kilograms, you'd better choose Express, because it's fast & convenient.

(2) Are the packages insured? 

Shipping by international couriers will be insured and can be tracked online. Once your goods are sent out, we will email you with a tracking number so you can trace your delivery any time you want. 

We offer Shipping Insurance for the orders to protect your package against any lost or damaged shipments. If any missing issue arises, we will reship your order immediately. So when you check out your order, you also can add Shipping Insurance for your order according to the total cost of your order.


(3) How can I trace my order? 

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email from us. In this email, there should be the tracking information for your packages as well as the website in which you could trace your order.
