This eBay listing is for a used BELL HOWELL 16mm Projection 2 inch F/1.6 Made in USA (as marked) lens that comes as you see pictured in the listing and noted above. I don't know a ton about cameras but this looks to be in good overall condition. I looked through the lens with a flashlight both forward and reverse and it's nice and clear.
