There were various specification changes for each generation until 1982, when production was temporarily discontinued.
This time we received a unique serial number made in 1976, which is the 200th anniversary of the founding of the United States, and the serial number starts with 00.
J-45/50 is only stamped at this time, and has the same specifications as J-45 DELUXE.

The label inside the body is missing, and the bridge is slightly thinner.
The tortoiseshell pattern cell binding has cracks and missing parts like amezaiku, which is common over time. The painted surface is in very good condition considering the model year.
After arrival at our store, we fixed the neck angle, replaced the fret (Jescar) / nut (cow bone), fixed the top crack / patched it, glued the top and back bracing, glued the peeled pickguard, and glued some of the cell bindings.
The truss rod still has some slack in the tightening direction, and there is room for further adjustment.
The neck is straight, and the string height on the 12th fret is about 2.4mm on the 6th string side and about 1.6mm on the 1st string side, making it easy to play.
Includes 70's chipboard case with Gibson logo.
