ADXL355/ADXL357 belong to a new series of low noise density, 0 g low offset drift, low power consumption, 3-axis MEMS accelerometers with selectable measurement ranges. ADXL355 supports ±2.048 g, ±4.096 g, and ±8.192 g ranges, and provides industry-leading noise, offset drift, and long-term stability over temperature, enabling precision applications with minimal calibration workload and extremely low power consumption.

ADXL355/ADXL357 can perform high-resolution vibration measurement with extremely low noise, and can achieve early detection of structural defects through wireless sensor networks. The low-power performance of the latest ADXL355 accelerometer can extend battery life and at the same time extend product life by reducing the number of battery replacements. The low noise and low power consumption of the ADXL355 make it possible to implement low-level vibration measurement applications, such as structural health monitoring (SHM), at a cost-effective rate. In addition, the tilt stability of the ADXL355 accelerometer provides excellent repeatability over temperature and time, making it ideal for orientation and navigation systems in drones that use an inertial measurement unit (IMU) and inclinometer. These latest accelerometer products can provide repeatable tilt measurements in all environments, and they can achieve minimal tilt errors in harsh environments without extensive calibration.

The ADXL355/ADXL357 accelerometer can ensure temperature stability with a zero offset coefficient of 0.15mg/C (maximum). This stability minimizes the resources and costs associated with calibration and testing, and helps equipment OEM manufacturers achieve higher throughput rates. In addition, hermetic packaging ensures that the final product can meet repeatability and stability specifications long after it leaves the factory.

The output full-scale range (FSR) of ADXL355 MEMS accelerometer is ±2g to ±8g, and the output full-scale range (FSR) of ADXL357 MEMS accelerometer is ±10.24g to ±40.96g, with optional digital filtering from 1 Hz to 1 kHz And 25µ/Hz low noise density, and power consumption is less than 200µA; this device achieves the performance level of more expensive devices with lower power consumption and BOM cost.
