We deliver to mainland UK addresses only. No International Shipping.

We are able to provide next day delivery for our orders 99% of the time for orders before noon on week days. However, in some cases the delivery may be slightly delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. If the delivery is delayed, we give you the option to cancel your order and receive full refund for the item if you prefer.

We cannot ship to the following areas: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish, Highlands, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland. How long does it take to work?	Results may vary. It can take 4-7 days for you to see results. Be sure to follow the instructions. For best results first, use Otact, then Otodine in the same ear.
How often should I shampoo?	Repeat 2-3 times a week to start and then use as required.
Can you use it on puppies?	Yes, you can use it on puppies and kittens. Helping to keep their skin and fur coats clean and healthy.
Do you dilute the shampoo?	Not before washing. Once you wet your pet with water the liquid shampoo will distribute to cleanse the body.
