the use of precautions:
1. No matter in any case, no-load is allowed (no-load refers to the output port without any load).Once
the power is turned on, the board will emit high-frequency noise, which will cause the MOS tube to be
completely damaged and cannot be repaired.
2. It must be noted when using a switching power supply, because a high-power switching power
supply generally has a slow-start function, that is, it slowly rises at the beginning of the output
voltage, and if the voltage is turned up to 11V, the induction heating circuit is turned on because the
voltage is insufficient. The circuit does not vibrate, so that the two MOS tubes are turned on at the
same time to burn the components, so be sure to energize the external power supply before pushing the
air switch on the right side of the power meter on the main unit.
3. This circuit has strict requirements on power supply. The 12V power supply must use more
than 500W power supply, 24V is greater than 1200W, 36V is greater than 2000W, and 48V is
greater than 2600W (recommended working voltage is 48V);
4. No matter the voltage is used, as long as the operating current is lower than 50A, the circuit will not
be burned out. Therefore, a 50A fuse can be added to protect the circuit during high-power operation.
5. The working voltage must not be lower than 12V.
6. The input power supply is recommended to be DC48V50A. Do not use AC power!!!
7. Since the machine uses the bottom air intake for air cooling, the machine uses the object to pad the
machine at least 30mm or more to avoid damage to the machine.

Use the steps:
1. Make sure the air switch is off!
2. Connect the external water pipe to the cold water prepared in advance, and fasten the heating ring to
the heating ring connector with a wrench.
3. Turn on the external power supply (not push the air switch), the water pump fan and the power
meter are running. If any one of the cooling fan and the water pump does not work, stop using the
contact manufacturer. If the voltage on the power meter is lower than 12V, check the external DC
power supply. Whether it is fault
4. Push the air switch, the heating machine works, pay attention to observe the indication of the power
meter and the temperature of the main board during work. When the working current is greater than
50A, do not continuously exceed 30 seconds. The long-term use guarantees that the current is lower
than 50A, when the motherboard temperature is greater than 85 degrees Celsius.Please turn off the
machine
5. When shutting down, follow the air switch first, and then disconnect the external DC power
supply after one minute.
