South Bend 16s Pocket Watch 15j Open Face Model 2 Silver Tone Not Running. The dial has hairlines and a chip. The second hand is not connected ad it is missing the crown. There is rust in the movement. No other testing has been done. Please see photos for condition. Thank you!
