Q: Why does your 350W panel only provide less than 350W output?
The solar panels are affected by many factors. such as the intensity of the light and the angle of the panel put on the ground. 350W is tested in an ideal laboratory. However, the intensity of the light constantly changes. In addition, the angle of the light illuminating the solar panel also changes with the rotation of the sun.
Please try test your solar panel under the full sunlight to see, and make sure there is no shadow cast on the panel.
Q: Can I connect solar panel to battery for charging directly without controller ?
No, this 350W solar panel isnot built in controller. You need connect a solar controller when you charge your battery with solar panel. Because if there isnot the voltage regulation provided by the controller, you risk burning the battery by overcharging.
Q: Can the solar panel store power ?
No. You can contact me to order a 12V LiFePO4 battery with bluetooth + panels kit.
Q:Is the solar panel waterproof and how to keep the panel surface clean?
Yes,the solar panel is IP65 water-resistant that will protect from water splashing. Do not place it under the rain, or to soak in water for a long time.(Note: The junction box is not waterproof, please keep it dry). Please use a soft cloth to remove the dust and dirt on the surface.
Q:How do I know if the solar panel is compatible with my device before I buy it?
Please check that the power used by your device does not exceed the maximum power generated by the solar panel (350w).
Q: What should I do if the solar panel cannot charge my device?
