Herbaceous perennial flowering to 3 feet, a hybrid of Russian Symphytum asperum and European Symphytum officinalis. It is a sterile non-invasive hybrid that does not make seeds.

It grows in most ground; from sand to heavy clay, wet or dry, sun or shade.

All our comfrey is grown without the use of pesticides or artificial fertilisers.
