To operate pens, twist, open below silver ring to open and close pen. Do  not twist from the figurine. This will cause the pen to come unsewered. To refill the ink, unsew  the bottom tip, remove the ink tube, and spring, place spring on the new ink tube, and insert.  Twist the tip back on, and you will be all set.

  All pens come with one ink refill and in a Clear Giftable Pouch. All pens are in black
