WHEN WILL YOUR ORDER ARRIVE?
Australia Post’s estimated delivery timings are helpful in understanding when to expect your order, and are found here.
We pack and send all orders within 48 hours, Monday - Friday (excluding public holidays), from our warehouse in Melbourne, Victoria.
While we work fast to ensure your orders are sent out ASAP, delivery is managed by Australia Post. You will receive a tracking number once your order is checked in with Australia Post, and from there, you’ll be able to track your delivery as close as possible.

IN-PERSON PICK-UPS
Our small Melbourne office & studio does not have the capacity to offer a click-and-collect service at this stage.
If you’re looking for a style and are pushed for time, we may be able to direct you to a nearby Morgan & Taylor stockist.

We offer returns and exchanges for all Australian orders, unless an item is purchased from our Outlet or Sample Sale.
For hygiene and health reasons, we cannot accept hair clips, scrunchies and face masks as returns or for exchanges.

PROCESS

1. In order for us to process a return, please send the item back within 7 days of your delivery date.
2. Please download, complete and include the Return & Exchange Form  (linked here)  when posting back the return item.
3. The returning item(s) must be returned in new, unworn, unwashed and in perfect condition, with all tags and branding still attached.
4. If the return is a 'change of mind' or 'no longer needed'; postage needs to be covered by the purchaser.
5. Once the return is checked-in, we'll process your refund or exchange ASAP.
6. If there is an issue with an item, please contact us at support@morganandtaylor.com.au, and we'll arrange return postage, free of charge.

PLEASE NOTE

We can't accept returns that are used in any way. If a used item is returned, the item(s) will be returned to the purchaser, and charged for additional freight costs. Any returned item received with makeup stains will be rejected.

In the event of an item being exchanged due to a product issue, the replacement will be sent free of charge. Freight charges on subsequent exchanges (if a 'change of mind' or 'no longer needed') will need to be covered by the purchaser.

While we work hard to get every order out ASAP, delivery is managed by Australia Post, and we do not have control over their delivery timing or delays. Therefore, we can't offer returns free of charge for factors outside our control.

If a returned item is sent back without a completed form (as this includes your name & order number), we may not be able to complete your refund, as we don't have the information required.
