A 7-7/8 inch high by 5 inch wide greeting card printed in blue on teal stock with blue tinting along the overlapping right edge of the inner leaf. "Duke Ellington" is printed in blue on the cover. The card is boldly inscribed and signed "Merrie Christmas / Happy New Year / Love / Duke Ellington / xx x", in blue ink on the cover page, signed with his typically abbreviated though expansive flourish. A boldly inscribed Christmas card.
