Out of 954 submissions to BGS, only 48 have been graded a 9.5.  Of those 48, only 9 are quads.  Of those 9, only 3 are quad+.  There are NO quad++ and there is only one 10.  So, this is the second highest graded BGS card in the world, and it's a pop 3 at this grade!
