We offer a full refund up to 30 days from the date of receipt. A full refund can be made once the item(s) has been returned. We will ask for a photo for any defective item. Note that the buyer is responsible for return postage. Please note delivery times to remote and very remote (Zone 3 and 4 postcodes) destinations around Australia will have longer delivery times due to postal processing and the distance to destination.
